LITCHFIELD – "Peace, the Bible and Martin Luther King Jr." is the title of a retreat scheduled from  9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Feb. 27 at Wisdom House. Retreat and Conference Center. Retreatants will reflect on the Biblical roots of peace and nonviolence as exemplified in the life and teachings of Martin Luther King Jr. and those who witness to nonviolence today. The presenters will be Victoria Christgau, Richard Tarlaian and Deacon Arthur Miller, director of the Archdiocese of Hartford's Office for Black Catholic Ministries. The fee is $30.
