MIDDLETOWN – Dr. Christopher Coppola, a 1986 graduate of Xavier High School, will be at his alma matter at 3 p.m. March 31 to donate a copy of his new book, Coppola: A Pediatric Surgeon in Iraq, to the school library.
It will join his previous book, Made a Difference for that One: A Surgeon's Letters Home from Iraq, which won the 2006 EPPIE for best nonfiction e-book of the year,
Dr. Coppola will be in Connecticut for a bookstore signing from 7-9 p.m. at RJ Julia Booksellers, 768 Boston Post Road, Madison. His book is available at
