BLOOMFIELD – Orientation for the new Diocesan Youth Council of the Archdiocese of Hartford’s Office of Religious Education will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 20 at the Archdiocesan Center at St Thomas Seminary 467 Bloomfield Ave.

This team of youth and adults, selected by their parish or Catholic high school, will plan the activities for the 2010 Catholic Youth Spectacular (www.youthspectacular.net) that is scheduled to take place Sept. 12.
