 BLOOMFIELD – A workshop focusing on Catholic social teaching will be offered from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 26 and repeated on Feb. 27 at the Archdiocesan Center at St Thomas Seminary, 467 Bloomfield Ave.

Titled “Standing as One Human Family,” it is sponsored by the Archdiocese of Hartford’s Office of Religious Education in collaboration with the Office for Catholic Social Justice Ministry and Catholic Relief Services. The workshop will explain the principles of Catholic social teaching, how to bring them alive in our communities and how to conduct the workshop in schools or parishes. It is designed to train attendees to train and inspire others.

The $20 fee includes lunch and all materials; group discounts are available.
