WEST HARTFORD – Holy Family Passionist Retreat Center at 303 Tunxis Road will hold a shawl knitting retreat day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 20. Sister Cathleen Murtha of the Daughters of Wisdom will lead knitters through a day of knitting, prayer, reflection and conversation.  The event is open to new knitters. Attendees are being asked to provide materials. The offering of $40 includes lunch.
