Restaurant fund-raiser

MERIDEN – Avanti Restaurant in Meriden at 34 River Road, Meriden,will be the site of a fund-raiser for the Franciscan Life Center and Franciscan Home Cae and Hospice Care from 4-8 p.m. April 19.

Twenty percent of the proceeds from the meal will support the mission of the center and Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care. Information is available from Gretchen Rossi at 203) 237-8084, www.franciscanhc.org. or www.flcenter.org. The restaurant is taking reservations at (203) 440-9990.
