 WATERBURY – Sacred Heart Parish will celebrate the first anniversary of the Mission of Blessed Carlos Manuel Rodriguez Inc. with a Mass at 7 p.m. April 29. A relic of Blessed Carlos Manuel will be installed and there will be a parade of flags representing 21 Latin American nations. The Mission of Blessed Carlos Manuel Rodriguez Inc. is a nonprofit organization recognized by the Office of Hispanic Evangelization of the Archdiocese of Hartford. The Mass is open to the public. Blessed Carlos Manuel was born Nov. 22, 1918, in Caguas, Puerto Rico and died in July 1963. He was beatified in 1999. A reception will follow the Mass. Informatino is available by calling Juan E.
