The Gospel of Life Society will sponsor "life chains" on Oct. 3 in three locations in Connecticut in observance of Respect Life Sunday. They will be among more than 1,300 such gatherings that day across the United States and Canada. The Stamford chain will meet from 1:30-3 p.m. in front of St. John the Evangelist Church in Stamford.
