Rosary rally

WATERBURY – The 21 annual Rosary Rally will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. It will include a procession, recitation of the rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet, talk and benediction. Father James Miara, parochial vicar at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in the Bronx, N.Y., will speak on the topic "Victory in the Hands of Our Lady."
