WATERBURY – "A Providential Journey" is the title of a talk that will be given Oct. 14 at the Adult Religious Education Regional Center, located at Our Lady of Loreto Parish Hall, 12 Ardsley Road, Waterbury. Thomas Cabeen, a former member of the headquarters staff for the Jehovah's Witnesses, will speak.
