NEW HAVEN – Dr. Theresa Krankowski, director of St. Gerard’s Center for Life, a Catholic resource pregnancy center in Hartford, will speak about the impact of the new health care reform legislation on the unborn at 7 p.m. Oct. 18 in St. Mary’s Parish Hall.

Dr. Krankowski will discuss how the recently passed health care reform bill is affecting abortion law in various states. St. Mary’s Parish is located at 5 Hillhouse Ave. The talk is free and open to the public.
