MANCHESTER – St. Bridget Church at 80 Main St. will be the site of an evening of reflection with Kathy Irr at 7 p.m Jan. 18. The title is "Embracing the Spiritual You," and the program will focus on "surrendering ourselves to the process of self discovery and trusting the movements of Spirit in our daily lives," she said.

Mrs. Irr is a spiritual director, registered nurse and seasoned retreat leader who specializes in spiritual restoration. She lives in Norwich with her husband and has two adult children.
