Helpers of God’s Precious Infants, with support from the Connecticut Coalition for Life, Family Institute of Connecticut and St. Gerard’s Center for Life in Hartford will have a rally for life following a Mass at 9 a.m. Mass Jan. 21 at St. Joseph’s Cathedral in Hartford. Archbishop Henry J. Mansell will celebrate the Mass. Afterward people will march to the state Capitol for prayer and then proceed inside the building to hear pro-life speakers.
