ribbon-cutting-2print CUTTING THE RIBBON – Kate Roche, executive vice president and chief operating officer at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, cuts the ribbon marking the formal opening of the hospital’s new Bloomfield Urgent Care Center and Medical Offices. Located in Copaco Plaza, the 7,000-square-foot facility houses an urgent care center, laboratory services and offices for primary care physicians and specialists.
