The St. Bridget School varsity softball team in Cheshire finished in second place in the Waterbury Parochial League 2012 Tournament on June 5. St. Bridget School in Cheshire has inducted 19 students into the National Junior Honor Society, based on outstanding performance in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, citizenship and character. The students inducted on May 31 each had a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 94 percent over the past four quarters.
