Our Lady of Calvary Retreat Center in Farmington will have a summer directed retreat from 4:30 p.m. June 21 to after breakfast on. June 28. A directed retreat is a personally guided prayer experience in which the retreatant listens for God’s personal word spoken through the sacred Scriptures. Each retreatant is assigned a director with whom the retreatant meets daily for reflection and spiritual discernment. Retreatants may request specific directors, although it may not be possible to comply with these requests. Open to men and women, the retreat will include daily Mass and will use interior and exterior silence as a condition of the retreat. Confession will be available. The summer directed retreat will begin with a prayer service. The fee is $490.
The spiritual directors on staff for this retreat are Maria Decsey, Passionist Sister Joanne Fahey, Passionist Sister Bernadette Hughes, Franciscan Father Jim Kelly, and Passionist Sister Ann Rodgers.
Both a weekend directed retreat (June 21-24) and the week-long retreat are available.
Registration is required.
