Deacon Thomas Davis, director of the St. John Paul II Bioethics Center at Holy Apostles College and Seminary in Cromwell, presents the center’s Lifetime Achievement Award to Msgr. David Q. Liptak on Oct. 12 at St. Joseph’s Residence in Enfield.
Msgr. Liptak co-founded the bioethics center at Holy Apostles in 1981 with Father Francis Lescoe and Dr. Leo T. Duffy.
