Showcasing one of the greatest contemporary voices of our time, Linda Eder’s diverse repertoire spans Broadway, standards, pop, country and jazz.  Her holiday concert features performances of classic and well-loved melodies from her two highly acclaimed holiday CDs, “Christmas Stays the Same (2000) and “Christmas Where You Are” (2013), along with a mix of Broadway staples and some her most well-known songs. The result is an entertaining evening of incredible live music that takes the audience on a sweeping ride full of lush melodies and emotional interpretations of classic songs like “Oh Holy Night,”  “Do You Hear What I Hear,” “Merry Christmas Darling,” “Someone Like You,” “Man Of La Mancha,” and many more.

During her Palace Theater tour stop, Eder will be joined on stage by members of the St. Paul Catholic High School Choir, who will accompany her on select songs throughout the night. Over the years, the St. Paul Choir has distinguished itself as a leader in musical theater, with its members taking home multiple Connecticut High School Musical Theater Awards (CHMTA), including “Outstanding Production.”  St. Paul graduate and two-time CHMTA “Best Actress” winner Jillian Caillouette is a vocal student of Eder’s, and will return as a member of the choir for this special performance. Following her wins, Miss Caillouette went on to represent Connecticut in the prestigious National High School Musical Theater Awards at the Minskoff Theatre in New York City, where she came in third place.
