The city has been under attack for more than a week.With street fighting to the point of fierce street where it is not possible to evict civilians.

On a telegram platform on April 18, regional governor Sergei Haidai said four people had been killed in an attack on a car “many wanted to flee” from the Kremlin.

Russia has already announced that it will take several days to deploy the Kremlin. The Ukrainian government has not yet commented on the situation in the city, about 600 kilometers southeast of the Ukrainian capital, Kiev.

Russia launched a military offensive in Ukraine on February 24, in which more than 2,000 civilians were killed, warning that the actual number could be much higher, according to United Nations (UN) data.

The war has already displaced more than 12 million people, more than 5.16 million of whom have fled the country, according to the latest UN figures – the worst refugee crisis in Europe since World War II (1939-1945).
