Curitiba continues to occupy 100% of the SUS Covid ICU beds and register 1,601 more cases

Today, the Municipal Health Department of Curitiba recorded 1,601 new cases of the emerging coronavirus and one death of a city resident infected with the new coronavirus (no infection occurred in the past 48 hours). The victim was a 71-year-old woman who died on May 24. The death was under investigation.

So far, 8,297 deaths from the disease have been recorded in the city in this pandemic period.

With the confirmation of new cases, 464,146 residents of Curitiba have tested positive for COVID-19 since the beginning of the epidemic, of whom 444,314 have been released from isolation and without symptoms.
