For many, it may be helpful to talk with others about feelings related to the loss. The Spiritual Care Department at St. Mary’s Hospital will offer an eight-session program to help participants identify the normal signs and symptoms of grief, provide information and understanding of the grieving process and share helpful coping strategies. Participants will gain insight and grow in understanding and strength by the sharing of stories and experiences. The program will be held in a safe, confidential and comfortable environment. The free program will be facilitated bycChaplain Judy Bellemare. The eit-session program begins on March 8th and runs through April 26th. From 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Space is limited.
