Pele’s daughter Kelly Nascimento on Monday posted a photo of her father smiling with his hair dyed at Albert Einstein Hospital, where he is recovering from surgery to remove a colon polyp. I wrote in the caption:

– See who dyed his hair today to look better then get out of here! With super nurse Henrique taking care of us at night! Several steps ahead and start the second phase of recovery! Thanks again and always for all the affection! – Pele’s daughter wrote.

Last Friday, Kelly showed his father playing cards. On Thursday, Pele thanked Albert Einstein Hospital nurses who helped him in his recovery. The Football King, in a social media post, paid tribute to two nurses, Alessandro and Leandro:

– The person is amazing. There are professions that require the daily practice of solidarity, love of neighbor and kindness. Many thanks to the nurses Alessandro and Leandro who take care of me every day. Together we are an invincible team! King wrote.

– You see, I blow the air in celebration of every better day. Good mood is the best medicine and I have plenty of it. It couldn’t be any different. I have received so much affection that my heart is full of gratitude. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Albert Einstein Hospital!

The football king was taken to hospital on August 31. On September 4, Pele underwent surgery to remove a tumor in his colon, which is part of his intestine, and was in the intensive care unit.
