Who is the businessman in Goiás who paid 600,000 Brazilian reais to show an international artist for his daughter’s concert?

The presence of an international artist in a special ceremony held on Saturday evening (27) in Goiania had strong repercussions on social media.

Former One Direction singer Liam Payne, along with Felipe Araujo, was on stage at the 15-year-old’s concert in the capital.

The artist had announced on a social networking site that he would be in Brazil, but he did not specify in which city. After the fallout, Payne stated that he was going to Argentina and would only stop in Brazil.

However, the mystery was solved when photos of the event began circulating on the networks. Many of the artist’s fans shared what they would do if he also appeared at any party they attended.

Not only did he talk about the singer’s presence in Goiania, fans went after him to find out who the businessman who paid R$600,000 for the artist to be at the event was.

According to one netizen, Payne could have been hired by spouses Marcelo Rocha and Gisele Caligari, owners of LAS do Brasil, a company that sells analytical inputs.
