The original price of the smartphone is around 3000 BRL and it was shown during the promotional period around 700 BRL.
According to Procon-SP, consumers on social networks wondered that even after completing the purchase, the company canceled the order.
The entity requests Via to provide clarification on the reasons for cancellation and the number of purchase orders placed.
The company will also need to decide what action plan it will adopt to resolve complaints.

By the end of last Friday afternoon (26th), Procon had received 310 complaints from consumers having problems buying or hiring on Black Friday. Compared to last year, there was a 10% increase in complaints.
Among the most reported complaints, most were due to delays or non-delivery of products or services, a total of 78, which is equivalent to 25% of the total cases.
Complaints were also recorded for order canceled after payment (16%), price change at checkout (15%), cosmetic discount (14%) and product or service unavailable (8%).
