For example, patients who underwent psychotherapy sessions immediately after training, said they felt significantly more attended and connected to the guidance of the specialist who conducted these sessions.
The researchers explain, the exercises would make the brain more open, receptive and absorb new information and to better deal with the emotional challenges that typically arise during sessions.
